After Watching Adams filed a Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) request, Adams State University (ASU) has now updated its administrative meeting minutes from 2015. As reported in ASU Administration Behind the Times on Meeting Minutes, Executive Council has not posted meeting minutes since January 19, 2015 and President’s Cabinet had not posted meeting minutes since February 12, 2015.

Recently, the President’s Cabinet meeting minutes have been updated and are online here and Executive Council meeting minutes are updated here. Board of Trustee minutes have also been updated here. Previously, only meeting minutes prior to October 2015 were posted from Board of Trustees.

Watching Adams will continue to follow up on developments in the timeliness of ASU administration posting meetings minutes for public review.
